Sound Bath

Sound bath in Dunfermline: Discover a world of relaxation and rejuvenation with our unique sound bath sessions, available at Breathe Yoga, 11 Nethertown Broad St. Dunfermline KY12 7DS. You can now book a block of four sound bath sessions and receive a 20% discount. After purchasing your block and booking your first session, you will receive a unique link to schedule the remaining three at your convenience.

 Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of white crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other specialized instruments, all tuned to the therapeutic 432Hz frequency. These sessions are more than just a listening experience; they are an opportunity to rebalance your energy flow and indulge in an hour of pure tranquillity. Each session is infused with group energy healing, enhancing the collective experience and promoting a deeper sense of connection and well-being.

What to bring:

• Yoga mats are available at the room, but feel free to bring yours if you prefer to do so.
• A towel for the existing yoga mats if you don't bring your own, pillow, blanket, anything will make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

As we can host up to 10 people per session, please let us know if you have booked but cannot attend so we can offer your place to another person.

*There is free but limited parking to the rear. During office hours please do not park at the Sensorium places. Also, parking is not allowed at the parking-building directly behind Casa Mia. Free parking nearby are Woodmill Road, Bank of Scotland, The New Row, Priory Lane.
