Sound bath in Dunfermline. Discover a world of deep relaxation and inner balance with our unique sound bath sessions, held monthly in the heart of Dunfermline.

Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of white crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments, all tuned to the therapeutic 432Hz frequency. These sessions go beyond simple listening. They support energy rebalancing and invite a full hour of tranquillity and rest. Each session also includes group energy healing, deepening the collective experience and sense of connection.
What to Expect:
We have 8 hammocks and 5 air mattresses available, offered on a first come, first served basis.
Other participants will enjoy the session lying on yoga mats.
Yoga mats are provided at the venue (limited quantity). Feel free to bring your own for extra comfort.
Bring a towel to place on top of our mats if you’re not bringing your own.
You may also want to bring a pillow, blanket, or anything else that helps you feel relaxed and cosy.
Session Cancellation & Transfer Policy
You may reschedule your session once using the link in your confirmation email.
Refunds are available only with at least 24 hours' notice.
No refunds for missed sessions without prior notice.
If you cannot attend, please let us know so we can offer your space to someone else.

I had a lovely relaxed time. One hour felt like 10 minutes and I slept like a baby that night. Olga has a beautiful voice to listen to and get into such a relaxed state. I've already booked for May when I can next go again
