At Olga Awaken, we are committed to providing high-quality products, training, and services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Products

We offer a 14-day return period for eligible physical products from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase is required.

Copper Alchemist Collection and Starship Coil Products

Products from the Copper Alchemist Collection and Starship Coil products are supplied directly by us.

If you wish to return one of these products, please contact us at info@olgaawaken.com before returning the item. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Dropshipping Products

Some products available through our website are supplied and shipped directly by third-party suppliers.

If you wish to return a dropshipping product, it should normally be returned to the return address shown on the parcel you received. If you cannot locate the address or require assistance, please contact us and we will provide the correct return instructions.

Please do not return dropshipping products to us unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Returns sent without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, defective, or supplied incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs together with your order details. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Digital Products, Online Courses and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Training programmes
• Digital downloads
• PDF files
• Audio recordings
• Meditation recordings
• Activation recordings
• Templates
• Digital workbooks
• E-books
• Membership content

By purchasing and accessing digital content, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately.

Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, streamed, viewed, or supplied, refunds cannot be provided except where required by law.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will assist you.

Services, Readings and Appointments

This includes but is not limited to:

• Akashic Record Readings

• Workshops
• Events
• Private Consultations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

Workshops and Events

If Olga Awaken cancels an event or workshop, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

If a participant cancels, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers located within the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days of receiving goods.

To exercise this right, please contact us and provide:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Product purchased
• Date of purchase

Please note that this right may not apply to digital products, online courses, downloadable content, or services that have already been accessed, delivered, or commenced with your consent.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items unless faulty

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
