Crystal healing with energy healing

Energy Healing vs. Crystal Healing: Understanding the Differences

Energy healing and crystal healing are two powerful methods used to balance and restore energy within the body, but they work in different ways. Understanding these differences can help you choose the right approach for your own healing journey, or even combine them for a more holistic experience.

Energy Healing: An Active Process by the Healer

Energy healing is a dynamic process where the healer plays an active role in manipulating and balancing the client’s energy field. In this method, the healer uses their own energy to scan the client’s etheric body, which is the energy field surrounding the physical body. By working with their hands or other energy-focused techniques, they release blockages, restore flow, and bring balance to the client’s energy.

The key to energy healing is that the healer is deeply engaged throughout the process. They sense areas of stagnation or imbalance and use their energy to move and clear these blockages. This can involve a variety of methods, from Reiki to Quantum Healing, but the common thread is the healer’s active role in directing the energy flow, creating a shift in the client’s energy field. The client often feels sensations such as warmth, tingling, or lightness as the energy is moved and released.

Energy healing sessions can be deeply transformative, as they focus directly on the client’s energetic needs in real time. The healer’s intuition and connection to the client’s energy field guide the process, making each session highly personalised and active from the healer’s perspective.

Crystal Healing: Harnessing the Power of Crystals

In contrast, crystal healing relies on the natural vibrations of crystals to do much of the energetic work. Instead of using their own energy, the healer selects specific crystals that align with the client’s needs and places them on or around the body. Each crystal has its own frequency and healing properties, which can influence different areas of the client’s energy field.

Crystal healing is typically a more passive experience for the healer, but still profoundly impactful for the client. The crystals work by interacting with the client’s energy field, realigning and balancing the energy without the need for direct manipulation from the healer. Clients often describe feeling deeply relaxed, and they can sense the calming or invigorating energy of the crystals as they rest.

The process of crystal healing is gentle and soothing. Clients may feel subtle shifts in their energy as the crystals interact with their etheric body, often leading to a state of deep relaxation. This makes crystal healing an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy a restorative and calming experience, allowing the body and mind to naturally realign.

Blending Energy Healing and Crystal Healing with Dr. Vogel's Technique

In my practice, I have developed a method that combines the best of both energy healing and crystal healing, using an approach inspired by Dr. Vogel’s crystal techniques. This unique method enhances the healing process by combining the healer’s active energy work with the precise energy amplification of Dr. Vogel’s specially cut crystals.

I begin the session by scanning the client’s body, using energy healing techniques to identify and work on blocked areas. I then incorporate the Dr. Vogel crystal technique by actively moving the crystal over the client’s energy field. The precision of the crystal cut allows for deeper, more focused healing, directing the crystal’s energy where it’s needed most. The client can often feel the energy shifts as the crystal is moved over the body, releasing blockages and restoring balance.

After this active process, crystals are placed on the client’s chakras to further enhance the healing and realign the body’s energy. This combined method allows the client to experience the active engagement of energy healing and the restorative effects of crystal therapy, creating a holistic and powerful healing experience.
