Olga Awaken is a transformational mentor, author, speaker and founder of QuAH Academy (Quantum Alignment Healers Academy).

Born with natural psychic and channelling abilities, which she has developed to an advanced level throughout her life, Olga now helps others activate their own psychic and healing abilities, connect with their higher self and spirit guides, and discover their life's purpose.

Her approach goes beyond traditional spiritual teaching. Rather than simply sharing spiritual knowledge or offering guidance, Olga helps people experience their own connection with the spiritual world and develop abilities they can use independently. Through channelling, quantum healing, hypnosis and consciousness exploration, she supports individuals in reconnecting with their true selves, releasing limitations and creating greater alignment in their lives.

But behind her work is a personal journey filled with challenges, unexpected changes and the determination to start again, even when everything seemed lost.

From Greece to Scotland: Starting Life Again

Originally from Greece, Olga moved to Scotland with her family and had to rebuild her life from zero.

With just £500, she started a natural cosmetics business called Estia Soaps, which she developed into a multi-award-winning UK brand. What began with very little became a successful business, demonstrating that even when life brings us to a point where we have to start again, we can still create something meaningful.

Before entering the field of spiritual development, Olga had already built several businesses and gained years of experience in entrepreneurship, business management and overcoming challenges. These experiences shaped her understanding of determination, personal growth and the importance of believing in ourselves, even when circumstances suggest otherwise.

However, despite her professional achievements, something was still missing.

Motherhood, Family and Seeing Life Differently

Olga became a mother later in life, welcoming her two boys at the ages of 39 and 40.

Her youngest son has Down syndrome, and raising him has deeply influenced the way she understands individuality, human behaviour and the expectations society places upon us.

Through motherhood, Olga began questioning many of the beliefs and systems we grow up accepting as normal. She came to recognise how easily people can be judged for being different and how much we can learn when we begin to see life from another perspective.

Her experiences as a mother have become an important part of her personal transformation and the way she approaches her spiritual work today.

The Health Experience That Changed Everything

Despite building a successful business and creating a life that appeared fulfilling from the outside, Olga experienced a Transient Ischaemic Attack (TIA), which became a major turning point in her life.

The experience made her question the direction she had taken, the stress she had accepted as part of everyday life and whether the success she had worked so hard to achieve was truly aligned with who she was.

She eventually made the difficult decision to close Estia Soaps and step away from the business she had built.

Once again, she was changing direction. But this time, it was different.

Instead of trying to create another successful business or become someone she thought she should be, Olga chose to reconnect with the person she had always been.

It was a return to her true self.

A Lifelong Connection with the Spiritual World

Olga's spiritual abilities did not begin with her awakening. From childhood, she had experienced an ability to perceive energy, connect with information beyond the physical senses and communicate with what she understands as the spiritual and quantum field.

For much of her life, these experiences existed alongside the expectations of everyday life, family responsibilities and professional ambitions.

Her personal transformation gave her the opportunity to reconnect with these abilities and develop them further.

Through years of spiritual exploration, channelling, hypnosis and working directly with clients, Olga developed her psychic and healing abilities to a level where she could begin helping others activate their own.

She believes that intuition, spiritual connection and healing abilities are not reserved for a chosen few, but are natural abilities that people can learn to recognise and develop.

This understanding became the foundation of her work.

Creating the QuAH Method and QuAH Academy

Olga is the creator of the QuAH Method (Quantum Alignment Healing), an approach developed through her channelling abilities, spiritual experiences and work with clients.

The method brings together quantum healing, energetic connection, intuitive development and consciousness exploration to support personal and spiritual transformation.

She later founded QuAH Academy (Quantum Alignment Healers Academy) to help others develop their own abilities through structured training, practical experience and ongoing guidance.

Through the academy, Olga works with students from around the world, helping them expand their spiritual awareness, activate their psychic abilities, connect with their higher self and spirit guides, and develop their own healing abilities.

Her teaching focuses on helping people experience spiritual connection for themselves rather than simply accepting someone else's beliefs or interpretations.

For Olga, the purpose of spiritual development is not to depend on a teacher for answers, but to develop the ability to find guidance and clarity within ourselves.

Author, Speaker and Spiritual Educator

Olga is the author of Guided by Angel Numbers, Start and Succeed and Spiritual Monetisation.

She is also working on her next book, exploring one of life's greatest questions: Why are we here on Earth, and what is the deeper purpose behind our human experience?

Drawing from her personal journey, channelled information and real client case studies, the book explores spiritual awakening, consciousness, free will, life's challenges and the deeper meaning behind our human experience.

Through her writing, Olga aims to make spiritual subjects accessible, encouraging readers to question what they have been taught, explore their own experiences and reconnect with their life's purpose.

As a speaker and spiritual educator, she leads workshops, group programmes and training sessions covering intuition, psychic development, spiritual awakening, quantum healing and consciousness.

She has also developed an international online community, with approximately 56,000 followers on TikTok, 12,000 on Instagram and 2,000 on Facebook, where she shares her knowledge, experiences and insights.

Continuing to Learn: The Open University

Alongside her work as an author, mentor and academy founder, Olga is continuing her academic studies with The Open University, working towards a BA (Honours) Open degree.

For Olga, returning to education later in life is another example of something she strongly believes: it is never too late to learn, change direction or begin something new.

Having already experienced several major transformations throughout her life, she sees education as another opportunity to expand her knowledge and personal development.

She believes that learning should never stop, regardless of our age, background or previous achievements.

The Woman Behind the Work

Away from her professional and spiritual work, Olga lives in Scotland with her family.

She enjoys playing chess, making sourdough bread and spending time with her two boys.

Although her work often explores consciousness, other dimensions and the deeper questions of human existence, she also values the simple experiences of everyday life.

Her journey has taken her through business success, motherhood, health challenges, spiritual awakening and several new beginnings. Each experience has contributed to the person she is today.

And perhaps this is what connects everything she does.

Olga believes that we are not here simply to survive life's challenges or follow the expectations placed upon us. We are here to experience life, discover who we truly are and remember the purpose that brought us here.
